We’re seeking a talented and creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join the Recon Branding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content across various formats, including short videos, blog posts, quotes, podcasts, and graphics. You’ll also manage our social media presence to ensure our brand remains engaging and consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation
   • Develop and produce engaging content in multiple formats, including videos, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and infographics.
   • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and plan content that aligns with our brand’s message and goals.
   • Ensure all content reflects our brand’s voice and values.

2. Graphic Design
   • Design visually appealing graphics and images for use across our content and marketing channels.
   • Utilize graphic design tools to create high-quality visuals that adhere to our brand guidelines.
3. Social Media Management
   • Create and execute social media strategies to promote our content and enhance brand visibility.
   • Maintain and manage our social media profiles, ensuring they are active, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
   • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, fostering a strong online community.
   • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
4. Content Distribution and Promotion
   • Plan and execute effective content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that drive content visibility and brand awareness.
   • Engage with industry influencers and partners to amplify our content and expand our reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
